We do not work on long contracts and do not require daily or weekly sessions but can develop and lead you through a comprehensive program that can be done on your own, or with a personal trainer at our training facility in Lisle.  We can start small and provide a cardiovascular, nutritional and strength & conditioning program that you can follow, where we provide regular contact and updates via in-person, telephone and Internet meetings to ensure attainment of those goals, no matter how small.
